Fifteen years ago Captain Carlos Anacta, a veteran Mariner with years of experience in the field of manning vessels in international trade, established German Marine Agencies Incorporated ( GMA, Inc. ) in partnership with a the well know German shipping executive, Captain Klaus S. Boehe. They started the operations initially with only 4 ships, 
 9 seafarers and 1 office personnel.  |
